Hari Shake

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Makes 1 serving

  • 2 cups kale
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 3 sprigs parsley
  • 3 sprigs cilantro
  • 1 pear, chopped
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 cup filtered water

Wash all ingredients. Place them into a blender and blend to combine.
